Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal and external examinations (theory & practical) as per JNTUH.
2. Intimate examination schedule to staff & students by displaying on the notice-boards.
3. Preparation of time-tables, invigilation duty charts.
4. Ensures seat allotment in the examination halls as per university guidelines.
5. Take measures against misconduct during examinations.
6. Maintain confidentiality in the setting of question paper for internal exams as well as down loading the question paper for end exams in exam section.
7. Ensures that adequate stationery is available.
8. Preparation and submission of annual exam report to Institutional Development Cell.
